We offer small lecture room, 25 metre salt-chlorinated heated pool,2 toddlers pools, spa, tennis courts & barbecues. The perfect base for keen golfers, clubs, groups (including senior school children) and extended families, and ideal for businesses and organizations seeking an informal setting for their next residential program. We can also arrange on site catering for groups.
ACCOMMODATION
Our layout means it is easy to enjoy the
company of a group or relax in the comfort and privacy of your own unit.

Five buildings set in a semi circle, comprising:
Eight two bedroom units, which each sleep five
Two three bedroom units, which can sleep seven
All units are self contained, spacious and comfortable, with washing machines, fully equipped kitchens, heating, television, outdoor furniture and verandahs. Guests supply their own linen or we will for a small charge.
No aircon & no dvd players.

At Portarlington Holiday Units, there's plenty of space for everyone to have fun. You can watch the kids play from your verandah, practice golf shots, kick a footy or enjoy a lazy Saturday afternoon of cricket. A

Golf: Portarlington Golf Course is just around the bend & is regarded as one of the finest 18 hole golf clubs on the Bellarine. Take advantage of the free Fri & Sat night bus service provided by the golf club which will pick you up and drop you off after a tasty dinner and a spot of gaming if so desired.
Wineries: Bellarine Estate, Kilgour Winery & Sprayfarm wineries are all within a 4km radius of our resort.
Fishing Portarlington is a fishing town. Wander down to the Pier & buy some delicious fresh mussels direct from the fisherman. Dangle a line over the pier while you drink in the sublime sunset as it dips down over the You Yang's.
Swim or Surf: You have 3 magnificent beaches to choose from: Portarlington a seven minute walk away, Half Moon Bay 3 kms away & St Leonards 8 kms away. If surfing is your want, Ocean Grove is just 2o minutes away.
Stroll into Town: For the best lattes stop by the Blue Dolphin, visit the historic Mill, sip a wine on the verandah of the Old Duke as you watch the passing parade.
Natural Heritage: Walk through the natural reserve at Edwards Point and back along the beach. Dive with the dolphins off Popes Eye.
The Great Ocean Road: Our own wonder of the world is less than an hour away.
Walk or Cycle: The Peninsula offers a great range of tracks and trails.
Enjoy: Cafes, markets, antique shops, art
galleries, plant nurseries and display gardens.
