Very suitable for 2 or 3 couples and perfect for large families with more than 3 children. (Please note the villa is NOT suitable for parties, functions or schoolies as it is located in a quiet residential street and we would like to keep this ambience and our neighbors happy.) Elouera Villa was named after the Aboriginal word "Elouera" (pronounced e-loo-ra) meaning "beautiful place by the sea". And that it is. Architecturally inspired, this brand new boutique residence is located in a quiet street one block from the beautifully patrolled Nobby Beach. You will immediately experience a relaxed ambience as soon as you walk into the expansive living area. The modern minimalist design with clean lines, polished porcelain tiles and imported granite benchtops is enhanced by the beautiful views from the expansive front balcony. Your senses will be stimulated by the cool ocean breezes and a multitude of views north to Broadbeach skyline, south to the local reserve with playground, and west to the picturesque hinterland. Located 100 metres from the local retail village of Nobby Beach which incorporates hair salons, beauty parlours, convenience stores, transportation and intimate casual restaurants. Mermaid and Nobby Beach are approximately 2km south of Broadbeach and 5km South of Surfers Paradise. Close by for ease of local transport, yet far enough away from the hussle and bussle to indulge in pure relaxation. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Parties and Functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and sorry no schoolies. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. Arrival - check in is from 3pm however this is flexible depending on availability. It is necessary to contact the property manager with your arrival time so as they can arrange to meet, greet and hand over keys and remotes to the villa. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am at the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. A bond of $200 per day cash or credit card surety is payable on check in. The bond will be refunded within 48 hours in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc. All linen and towels are supplied. Bbeach towels are available on request (no fee). A small selection of amenties will be provided on arrival ie toilet paper, soap, tea and coffee, to get you started. Pets are not allowed and smoking is definitely not permitted inside the Villa. Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property. |

From Brisbane - take Exit 71 Broadbeach Nerang Road and follow to the end. Turn right (south) onto Gold Coast Highway. Leave the highway into the Nobby Beach precinct (at Brother Neilson) turn left into Lavrack Road then right into Seagull Ave. Villa 6a Seagull is the 7th building on the right. Nearest train station is Robina approximately 10 minutes by car. Closest airport is Coolangatta approximately 20 minutes by car. Brisbane airport is approximately 1hr 20 minutes by car. |
