Avlon Gardens Motel is a high quality 3 1/2 star motel centrally located in Ballina. Avlon Gardens Motel features a variety of huge rooms to suite your travelling needs. All rooms with new beds and a great outlook over our lovely gardens. Some rooms with disabled access. Ground and first floor units available. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION Off Pacific Hwy with peace and quiet, walk to shopping centre, cinema, lawn & ten pin bowling, river, swimming pool, gym, restaurants, bus stop, cafes and hospital. SERVICES Airport transfers from Ballina Byron Gateway Airport, dry cleaning service, fax service, room service for breakfast and dinner, pool and BBQ area. Our cottage is fully self contained and situated on a large block centrally located in Ballina. Two blocks from the Richmond River, Eat Street, Boat Ramp & Water Park. Five minute bicycle ride to Ballina's Beaches. Sleeps up to eight people. Three bedrooms one with enclosed sleepout. Massive safe backyard for all your toys. Catering for families and workers. |

BY CAR From South/Sydney side - Go on the Pacific Hwy. Follow the Pacific Hwy signs towards Brisbane, this will take you left at the Kerr street traffic lights. Follow past A-mart, straight through round about near Coles then turn right at Hungry Jack's traffic lights onto Bangalow Road. Go straight through next round about and look for Avlon Gardens Motel, first motel on right. From North/Brisbane side - Go on the Pacific Hwy. Go straight through first traffic lights when approaching Ballina and go straight through the BIW W and IGA round about and look for Avlon Gardens Motel, first motel on right. From Lennox Head on The Coast Road - follow the signs marked The Coast Road and turn left before East Ballina to follow The Coast Road. Go over the bridge near the entrance and turn right at the round about. Follow this road and turn right at second round about onto Cherry Street. Look for Avlon Gardens Motel, first motel on left. From Lennox Head on Anglers Beach Drive - follow The Coast Road and continue straight ahead onto Anglers Beach Drive. Turn left at Big W and IGA round about and look for Avlon Gardens Motel, first motel on right. From Ballina Byron Gateway Airport - follow main road (Southern Cross Drive) out of the airport. Turn left onto Pacific Hwy. Go straight through traffic lights and straight through round about. Look for Avlon Gardens Motel, first motel on right. From Ballina bus stop near K-Mart Fox Street - walk around to Big W/IGA complex side then follow walkway to round about and turn right. Go through Treelands Park and look for the Avlon Gardens Motel sign, you can't miss it. From Ballina bus stop near Tamar Street bus zone - walk east towards post office and turn right on Moon Street. Follow this street until you reach Avlon Gardens Motel on right. |
