Location AANA meaning “Elephant” in Malayalam a native Indian language, is located at Klong Praow Beach on the picturesque island of Koh Chang in the Gulf of Thailand. AANA’s 6 Top View Villas are located on a high floor level whereas AANA’s 17 Villas are perched on a natural elevation. These luxury accommodations accord breathtaking views of the either the river, sea or majestic green mountains and come with its own private plunge pool and a day bed at the balcony. AANA’s Top View Villas also overlook AANA’s full sized infinity pool. AANA Grand Deluxe rooms stand on the ground level of AANA Top View Villas and face either the river or our full sized infinity pool. AANA Deluxe rooms have the river view, pool view, or garden view. All villas and rooms have either a King or Twin beds with comfortable duvets. All accommodations have oversized balconies with day beds and dinning table to serve the outdoor lifestyle lovers. All rooms and public areas have either wired or wireless broadband Internet access Food and Beverage Facilities Cinnamon Cinnamon is AANA’s main restaurant. The breakfast buffet at Cinnamon offers a wide selection of Asian and Western cuisine selections. There is a specially designed Thai and international ‘a la carte’ menu for lunch & dinner with a particular emphasis on healthy & authentic eastern Thai cuisine with lots of fresh seafood selections. Cinnamon also boasts of an extensive selection of wines. • Location: Alongside the river. Hill Bar serves attractive array of snacks & light meals and has an extensive wine & cocktail menu. • Opening hours: 09.00 AM. – 10.30 PM. • Seating capacity: 40 seats The Beach Bar This is AANA’s relaxed beach bar on our very own private beach serving Mediterranean food from a selection of tapas, salads, home made pizzas and barbequed meats, seafood and vegetables • Opening hours: 09.00 AM. – 11.00 AM or until our last guest leaves Pool Bar This bar situated alongside the river and our infinity edge pool offers a wide range of drinks as well as light snacks. By plane: Bangkok Airways (Tel. 0 2265 5678) flies from Bangkok to Trat Airport. From Trat Airport is a shuttle bus provided to the hotels on Koh Chang at aprox. Baht 500 per person and way. By car: From Bangkok, take Highway No. 34 (Bang Na-Trat) or Motorway to Chonburi, then use Highway No. 344 (Ban Bung-Klaeng) Arriving at Klaeng, turn onto Highway No. 3 and proceed to Trat. The total distance from Bangkok to Trat is 318 kilometers By Bus Both air-conditioned and non air-conditioned buses depart from Bangkok’s Eastern Bus Terminal (Ekamai) to Trat every hour from 6 a.m. to midnight. The trip takes five to six hours by air-conditioned bus or about eight hours by regular bus. |
