Tourist only park, situated on the banks of the Murray River and still only 600 metres from the Swan Hill CBD. Next door is the famous Pioneer Settlement Museum with their Sound and Light Show each evening and the Pyap Paddle Steamer sails past. Courtesy bus pick up available for Murray Downs Golf and Country Club.

The park is rated 4.5 stars by the AAAT and the cabins are 4 star. A solar heated pool, toddler pool and outdoor spa is situated in the centre of the park, and there is a camp kitchen and a community BBQ.

Internet kiosk and wireless broadband is available.

Cabins have queen bed with linen, two TVs, DVD player, kitchen and bathroom and also your own BBQ on the verandah with outdoor furniture. No pets allowed and all cabins are non-smoking.
