| Getting There |
Take North-South Highway Heading North Hotel Limousine : 0700-2300 Hours RM250 one way per car (Max 3Pax). 2400-0600 Hours RM375 one way per car(Max 3Pax).Guest to proceed to hotel transfer desk. Please provide flight details and number of pax. Cancellation or amendment for limousine must be received at least 24hours prior to arrival time. Otherwise one way transfer will be charged to guest credit card. Taxis : Taxis can be hailed on the street or at designated stands. (Rides between midnight and 6 a.m. are subject to a 50% surcharge) Buses : Almost all buses are run by two consortiums, namely Intrakota and Cityliner which are fully air-conditioned and equipped with a one-man operated ticket vending machine. Most of the local buses tend to be overcrowded. Railways : The Light Rail Transit and Double Tracked electrified Commuter Trains are also other means of public transportation in Kuala Lumpur. The KTM (Keretapi Tanah Melayu) provide interconnecting services between Singapore, Butterworth and Kuala Lumpur right up to Haadyai. Tickets should be bought one or two days ahead of time. Renting/Driving :Cars can be hired with or without drivers. Self driving requires an international license and a minimum age of 23. Traffic keeps to the left. Seat belts are compulsory for the driver as well as the front seat passenger. |
