The Residence comprises 28 spacious apartments in a superbly landscaped setting, centred around a heated pool, a spa pool and a paved BBQ and relaxation area with an outdoor fireplace. Each apartment features 3 large bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and the 3rd with 2 single beds; 2 ½ luxury bathrooms with heated floors; a spacious open plan living and dining area with a gas fireplace and French doors opening to a private courtyard; a fully appointed kitchen featuring granite bench tops and quality appliances; garage with internal access and full laundry. Each apartment is fully furnished. The warm rustic interiors harmonise with nature and provide a comforting background for warmly textured luxurious soft furnishings, leather couches and richly stained furniture. Driving from Christchurch as you approach Lake tekapo township we are located on the right hand side., before you cross the bridge. Driving from Queenstown proceed through Lake Tekapo township, over the bridge, continue for another 800 metres and we are located on the left hand side. |

Every apartment has a single garage with internal access and remote access and at least one other parking space available. |

Situated within Lake Tekapo township, The Residence is only three hours drive from Christchurch or Queenstown into the centre of the South Island’s High Country. Here you are assured of a unique and special lifestyle perfectly geared towards health and wellbeing. Start your day with a fresh morning walk on one of the many local walking tracks to view the sunrise glistening on the lake or play nine holes of golf on New Zealand’s highest course. Spend a quiet moment reading or relaxing by the pool or catch a fish to barbeque and enjoy on your terrace with a bottle of one of New Zealand’s award-winning local wines. World class trout fishing, horse trekking, boating, scenic helicopter and fixed wing flights and two local skifields; all are within easy reach. The Mount Cook National Park is less than 1 1/4 hours drive away. Lake Tekapo is about nature and getting close to it.
