Deluxe 2 bedroom apartment family style villa. Air conditioned with ensuite. Large kitchen with full cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, microwave and full size oven. Large verandah which is fully enclosed with lockable gate - great for small children.
Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $10.00. Extra children $10.00. The room caters for a maximum of 7 adults, and a maximum of 6 children but cannot exceed 7 guests in total.

Getting There	From The North (Airport) – Travel down Sheridan Street towards the City centre, turn right at the Shell Service into James Street, then 2km ahead is Cairns Sunland Leisure Park. From the South (Townsville) – Travel along Bruce Highway, turn left at the Balaclava State School into McCoombe Street. Then Travel 3km ahead, and on the left is Cairns Sunland Leisure Park.

Activities that can be organised include: Car Hire, Bushwalking, Great Barrier Reef Day Tours, Cairns Highlands Tours, Bungee Jumping, Tropical Rainforest Exploring, Diving, Fishing, Touring and Sightseeing, Tjapukai Aboriginal Park, Skyrail, Kuranda Train, White Water Rafting, Exciting Hot Air Ballooning and much more. As the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef Cairns's core attractions revolve around the Water activities. Daily Dive trips for the novice to the professionals leave from the Marina early morning.
