Barwon Valley Lodge, Geelong's Resort Apartments provides spacious, self-catering or fully serviced, 2 bedroom luxury apartments, located in a relaxing parkland setting alongside the Barwon River, only 5 minutes from Geelong city centre. The apartments are all ground floor and have been skillfully positioned on spacious grounds, to create a feeling of open space and privacy, something not usually associated with apartment accommodation. The grounds have been tastefully landscaped to blend in with the natural valley setting. Take a stroll around the lake, relax by the pool and heated spa,(even work by the pool if you must, using our high speed wireless internet service), exhaust yourself on our tennis court, or enjoy a great barbeque using the facilities provided while the children amuse themselves on the island adventure playground. Shopping facilities are close by, some within walking distance of Barwon Valley Lodge. |

| Getting There |
Geelong city centre is less than 5 minutes away. Avalon Airport is less than 20 minutes away. Exit Avalon Airport to left on the Princes Fwy towards Geelong. Continue on this road into Geelong, where it turns into La Trobe Tce. Continue past Kardina Park (Geelong Football ground) and pass over the Barwon River. Take first exit to right (after river)into Barwon Heads Road. Go straight ahead and cross over High St at traffic signals (Kmart on left). The road becomes Barrabool Road on other side of High St. Follow it around to the left along the river for about 1 km. Barwon Valley lodge is on the left side - opposite the river reserve. Buses operate form nearby High Street in Belmont. Trains operate less than 5 minutes away from South Geelong. |

Barwon Valley Lodge offers free parking on site, with parking spaces in front of each apartment. There is ample parking for extra vehicles, trailers, boats or caravans. If you have special parking needs, our secure garage can be made available for guests. |
