Le Claridge, a four star property managed by Fraser Serviced Residences, has undergone a major refurbishment program. The 110 fully refurbished beautifully styled studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments enjoy the ultimate in Parisian views; on one side a sweeping panorama of classic facades and rooftops along the world’s most famous boulevard and on the other, a tranquil terrace with the Champs-Elysées gardens beyond. Le Claridge Champs-Elysées’ location is hard to beat: the Arc de Triomphe, the Place de la Concorde, the Louvre, the Grand Palais and the Eiffel Tower are all close by, making this a perfect short trip choice, while the property’s luxurious interiors and business facilities ensure that short or long stays are a real pleasure. The nearest RER train station is « Charles de Gaulle Etoile » (l’Arc de Triomphe), Auber (l’Opéra – Les Galeries Lafayette and le Printemps), Châtelet – Les Halles (the artistique centre of Paris and direct connexion to Gare du Nord / Eurostar Terminal), Marne la Vallée for Disneyland Paris. Le Claridge is 30 to 45 minutes from Orly and Roissy Airports. |

Le Claridge Champs-Elysées’ location is hard to beat: the Arc de Triomphe, the Place de la Concorde, the Louvre, the Grand Palais and the Eiffel Tower are all close by, making this property a perfect choice. The Parc des Tuileries and the gardens along the Champs-Elysées are very close to Le Claridge, giving you the opportunity to go out for a morning jog or for a stroll in the parks in the very heart of the city. You only have to step outside the property to find yourself in the well-known “Golden Triangle” of Paris – The Avenue Montaigne, Avenue François 1er and Avenue des Champs-Elysées, where you will find the world most prestigious and famous luxury stores such as Guerlain located in the shopping Arcade and Louis Vuitton to name a few. |
