A 15-minute walk is what it takes to get to Via Veneto, The Spanish Steps and the famous shopping area of Via Condotti. By plane From Rome Fiumicino Airport Take the Leonardo Express train for Roma Termini. From Stazione di Termini continue as described in the "By train" paragraph. From Rome Ciampino Airport Take the Terravision shuttle for Roma Termini (arrival on Via Marsala 22), and then from Piazza dei Cinquecento, in front of Stazione Termini, and then take bus number 90 or number 36 (see the "By train" paragraph"). By train From Piazza dei Cinquecento, across from Stazione Termini, take bus number 90 (get off at the second stop) or take number 36 (stop after 5 stops) at Porta Pia. Continue walking along Via Nomentana and you will have arrived. Hotel Turner is at number 29. By car From the highways, get on the Grande Raccordo Anulare (Rome's ring road) and take exit 8 "Via Salaria-Parioli" or, from Roma-L'Aquila A24, take exit 14, and follow directions for the center "Piazza Fiume" and/or "Corso Italia". You can also take exit 11 "Nomentana centro". Travel the whole length of Via Nomentana, until Porta Pia, where at number 29 you will find Hotel Turner. |
