The Tiare Restaurant is the heart of the hotel, offering all-day dining, renowned dinner shows, authentic Tahitian ambiance and second-to-none views of the pool, waterfalls and mountains over Moorea. The open kitchen stays busy creating light snacks, healthy salads, fresh fish specialties and specially selected meats from New Zealand. On Wednesday, Friday and Saturday’s nights, guests fill amphitheatre-style seating to watch traditional dance performances at the water’s edge. Tucked away in a secluded spot at the far end of the resort is Le Lotus Restaurant, an overwater classic known for its gourmet and degustation menus (chef-selecting tasting menu). An association with the Michelin 3 stars rated L’Auberge de l’Ill has inspired dishes such as La Palette du Lotus with Mi-cuit of Foie Gras and Swordfish with Avocado Gaspacho and Polynesian Shell Tartare. | Getting There |
FAAA International Airport (FAAA) in Papeete is located 2km from the hotel. The easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport is by taxi, which will take approximately 5 minutes and XPF1,500 + XPF100 per bag. If you are arriving by water the port is located in Downtown and is 7km (4 miles)from the hotel. You are able to rent a car at approximately XPF10,000 per day. Please enquire at the hotel Concierge for more details. Please Note: There is a city tax of 150 XPF per person per day to be paid on checkout. |
