Florence Vespucci Airport (FLR): Approximate driving time is 20 minutes and distance is 5 kilometres (3 miles). Taxis and hire cars are available from the airport. Airport shuttle buses stop at the railway station, which is 50 metres from the hotel. Driving directions: From the north leave the A1 Highway (or the A11 from the coast) at Firenze Nord tollhouse. Follow signs for the city centre 'Centro', and then for the Santa Maria Novella train station. Florence can be easily explored on foot or by bus. |
