Treenbrook Cottages is the ideal base for exploring the Southern Forests region of Western Australia. Come and enjoy the tranquil karri forest walk trails direct from our property or explore the many attractions nearby. Take a day trip to Walpole, the Treetop Walk and the Shannon National Park or to Margaret River, Nannup or Augusta. Or simply relax in your cottage by the cosy log fire. It is all here waiting for you. Our four charming two bedroom mudbrick and timber cottages offer you a unique style of accommodation featuring stained glass windows, handmade jarrah furniture, cosy wood fires and undercover parking. Our one bedroom timber cottage has its own special old world charm, a sunny meals area where you can have breakfast watching the abundant bird life and a cosy wood fire for those winter nights. All our cottages incorporate their own kitchen and bathroom facilities and have a queen size bed in the main bedroom. The mudbrick cottages have 2 or 3 large single beds in the second bedroom. A small folda bed or cot may be set up in the main bedroom to accommodate an infant. In one cottage we can make-up the single beds into a large queen size bed in the second bedroom - ideal for two couples travelling together. All cottages have TV/VCR/DVD and CD players, outdoor sitting areas with chairs and gas BBQ's. We provide complimentary tea/coffee on arrival and the tariff includes provision of all bedding, towels, etc. Breakfast baskets are available by prior arrangement. At Treenbrook Cottages we are surrounded on two sides by karri forest and enjoy quite an abundance of birdlife. We floodlight the forest at night so you can appreciate a different view of the majestic karri trees You may even see a kangaroo or two! We also invite you to help us feed Snoopy and Coco, our alpacas. Treenbrook Cottages is situated just 5kms from Pemberton where you can enjoy a meal at one of the restaurants or cafes or while the day away touring galleries, wineries and even a micro-brewery. | Getting There |
Treenbrook Cottages is located on the Vasse Highway, approx 72 km from Nannup and 2 km from the Pemberton/Northcliffe Road. If you are travelling to Pemberton via Nannup on the Vasse Hwy you will find us on the right hand side approx 4.5km after you pass Knights Winery and distillery and 2km before you reach the T-junction which is the Pemberton/Northcliffe Road. If you are travelling to Pemberton via Manjimup on the South Western Hwy: Approx 16km out of Manjimup turn right at the road directing you to Pemberton. Continue on until you reach Pemberton (approx 16km). Continue on through Pemberton, up the big hill (approx 3 km) until you come to a road on the right directing you to Nannup. Turn right onto this road - this is the Vasse Hwy - Treenbrook Cottages is 2 km along this road on the left hand side. |

Off-street parking is available free of charge. Mudbrick cottages have undercover parking which is sufficient to accommodate 2 vehicles. Our timber cottage has parking adjacent to the cottage entry - unfortunately this is not under cover. |
| Things To Do |
Pemberton and the Pemberton region has a wonderful array of attractions for you to enjoy - National parks where you can enjoy a picnic or BBQ by the river, climb the famous Gloucester Tree or Bicentennial Tree, walk the Bibbulmun Track, or simply marvel at the stunning Heartbreak Trail. Take a 4WD tour to the Yeagerup Dunes and Southern Ocean, a cruise down the Donnelly River to the coast or many other tours including canoeing, hiking or winery tours. There are many other local self-drive attractions to fill your day - take the kids to a dairy where they can feed the calves, tour a timber mill or trout farm, take a trip to the coast, go fishing or swimming (at the beach, Big Brook Dam or the Warren River) or visit one of the local galleries. You may simply prefer to take it easy and sample the wonderful food and drink at Pemberton's local wineries, brewery, restaurants and cafes. Pemberton is also ideally located as a base from which to take a day trip to Walpole and the Treetop Walk, Margaret River or Augusta. Your hosts will be happy to assist by providing local information to meet your requirements. |
