Enjoy spacious living areas, some with balconies, immaculate quality fittings and furnishings including TV/DVD player, laundry facilities, and reverse cycle air conditioning. Modern kitchens with refrigerator, dishwasher and electric stove top cooking and oven. Located only a short stroll to Federation Square, QV and CBD shopping outlets. Public transport at your door to enjoy the many sights and attractions Melbourne has to offer including the MCG, Telstra Dome, Docklands and Melbourne Zoo. Apartments are serviced daily with linen provided 1 night stays available, subject to availability and minimum night stays apply during weekends and peak periods. Check in procedures: Keys to be collected from the reception desk at 528 Swanston Street, Carlton (corner of Swanston St and Queensberry St). Please inform reception if arriving outside business hours. Keys unable to be collected after midnight. Please note: Access to Plum Collins Street Serviced apartments via No. 1 LIFT in foyer (furthest lift from main entry) for apartments located on 13-15th floors. Please alight on level 14 and walk up to level 15 or down to level 13. There is no lift access to 13th and 15th floors. Use first two lifts for apartments located on other floors.. For the comfort and safety of all, Collins Mark is a non-smoking building. (Penalty fees apply to those not observing this policy). For internet, will require own service provider.
