The Daydream Motel, which is affiliated to the Budget Motel Chain, has 15 ground floor motel rooms (no stairs to climb!) and the heritage Daydream Cottage. It is conveniently located on the main street and, although close to the CBD, is away from the traffic noise, enjoying a peaceful setting. Just a leisurely stroll from the bus and train stations and nearby to two of Broken Hill's favourite clubs. Take an easy walk to shops, eateries and galleries on the main street or visit the past with the Heritage Trail. In addition to room-only bookings, we can arrange complete holiday packages for you. Our contacts within the Bus Tour Companies assure you the best deal in town. If you’d like to look after your own sightseeing we have a Toyota Camry available for hire. The Daydream Motel offers double, twin, queen and family rooms as well as the adjacent Daydream Cottage which can accommodate up to four people in two queen bedrooms. One of the double rooms provides access for wheelchairs. We provide a full breakfast service and also have an evening meal menu; all of which is delivered to your room. You will be pleased to know that all rooms are non-smoking. Daydream Cottage
The fully self-contained cottage has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is a lounge room, kitchen, dining room, laundry and modern bathroom. The backyard has a very attractive BBQ area which is ideal for a relaxing outdoor meal. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $15.00. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:
