Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu is located in Kota Kinabalu city on the eastern side of Jalan Tun Fuad Stephens offering expansive views of both the city and the South China Sea. The surrounding area of the hotel provides guests easy walking access to numerous dining, commercial, retail and entertainment facilities. From Kota Kinabalu International Airport From the airport, as you exit, turn left onto the main highway, Jalan Kepayan. Approximately 3 kilometers down this highway, you will reach the Tanjung Aru traffic light intersection. Proceed through this intersection onto Jalan Coastal. Drive through two more traffic light intersections along Jalan Coastal until you reach the third intersection. At the third intersection, you will see a building called ‘Center Point’ on the left-hand side. Continue past the third intersection for about 200 meters until your reach a road junction on your left, called Jalan Sembilan Belas. Turn into Jalan Sembilan Belas. Travel to the end of that road and then make a left turn onto Jalan Tun Fuad Stephens. The hotel is then 200 meters ahead on your left. From LCCT Terminal 2 As you exit the airport and reach the main road, Jalan Mat Salleh, make a right turn. Continue driving until you reach a roundabout. Pass the roundabout and continue driving. Travel 1.3 kilometer down and you will reach the Tanjung Aru intersection traffic lights. Take a left turn at the intersection, onto Jalan Coastal. Drive through two more traffic light intersections along Jalan Coastal until you reach the third intersection. At the third intersection, you will see a building called ‘Center Point’ on the left-hand side. Among the most popular is the City Tour covering the Sabah State Museum, Monsopiad Cultural Village, KK Wetlands Centre and Sabah State Mosque. Guests on weekend stays should visit the Gaya Street Sunday Fair, which features great buys for handicrafts and souvenirs, antiques and local food, sweets and savouries. For those seeking adventure, a tour of the Islands is a must. Jesselton Point, the port that takes you to the islands is only a 10-minute drive away.
