Queenstown Apartments have a variety of luxury and superior accommodation to suit just about anyone’s needs. We have a one bedroom apartment, a studio apartment, a 2 bedroom apartment, a 3 bedroom modern townhouse and a superior but older style lovingly restored 4 bedroom historic home.

The apartments are situated on the lower slopes of Queenstown Hill, just a few minutes walk from the bustling downtown CBD – ideally close to visit one on many of Queenstown’s famous restaurants and then stroll home after dinner.

The owners, Jane and Graeme, who have lived in Queenstown for many many years will provide a personal service to you and help you with booking any of the hundreds of sightseeing trips or providing local information that you may need during your stay. Don’t forget, Queenstown is the adventure capital of the world so there is lots to do, or let us advise you on one of the many walks, visits to vineyards or historic areas or beautiful picnic spots in the surrounding area.

One bedroom Apartment
Luxury apartment with separate bedroom. Seperate and large bathroom. This apartment is beautifully appointed with all mod cons including a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave and anything else you may need to cook a full meal. Full laundry facilities with a private sunny courtyard, under floor heating.
The apartment has colour TVs in the lounge and bedroom, DVD player and stereo. The owners maintain a library of recent DVDs and are happy to supply the same free of charge. Off street parking available.

Two bedroom Apartment
Well appointed 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment has a very large living and dining area with a separate kitchen. Kitchen has all the appliances including full gas oven fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc. Dining room table seats 6 with ease.

For the winter time the apartment has a large gas heater as well as underfloor thermostatically controlled heating. There is a drying room off the garage so there is no need to bring in skis, snowboards and boots to dry inside. The garage has ample room to store sports gear.

There are 2 decks, one from the bedroom and one from the main living area providing you with lots of outside space to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The front deck has a lovely view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Parking available in garage with remote controlled door.

Three Bedroom Apartment
Well appointed 3 bedroom apartment. Apartment has a very large living and dining area with a separate kitchen. Kitchen has all the appliances including gas oven fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc. Dining room table seats 6 with ease.

4 Bedroom Historic Home
Older style but well appointed and restored historic home- one of the first ever built in the region- still has some of the original stone walls which are registered as heritage items there are several information panels and historic photos hanging in the house which describe the history of the house.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and 2 living rooms. The extra living room can be used as an extra bedroom as it has a fold down sofa bed so the house can comfortably hold 11 people. Ideal for 2 families going on holiday together.

Sunny areas can be found all day long – with a large morning sun area at the back of the house- going into the sun room and a large deck with BBQ at the front of the house- Great for BBQ’s in summer as there are also full un-interrupted views of the lake and the Remarkables.

Getting There Queenstown Apartments are a $20 taxi ride from Queenstown Airport - this takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Alternatively the airport shuttles cost is $10 per person.
If travelling by car then when you arrive into Queenstown town, follow the main road into town. Just past Quality Inn on your right you will see Dublin St . We are located at 11A Dublin St on the right hand side. There is a gold sign saying 11 on Dublin
Parking All our apartments offer off-street parking.
Some have a garage with security rollaway door.
Things To Do There are so many things to do in Queestown I am sure this list would leave some out. You name it we have it.Queenstown is an all year round resort

It has fantastic golf facilities with 4 18 hole courses and a further resort course due to open in 2007 within 30 minutes drive
In the adventure sports we go from Bungy Jumping to horseriding to river surfing to sky diving - also skiing ,snowboarding in winter and more.
For the quieter person there are visits to vineyards, national parks, and walks in all sorts of scenery and differing terrain.
