The Hotel Leonardo da Vinci, completely renovated in December 2005, is located in a modern palace on the borders of the historical centre of Florence, only 300 metres from the Santa Maria Novella train station. The Exhibition Hall (Fortezza da Basso) and the Congress Center (Palazzo dei Congressi) are 5 minute walking distance. All the tourist, cultural and commercial attractions are only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is easily be reached by car and offers parking by arrangement. The hotel has 71 new rooms, furnished with great care to details. All the rooms, elegantly furnished, are fully equipped with direct dial telephones data port,broadband internet connection, safe, satellite TV, mini bar, air conditioning. The en suite bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer. Moreover facilities like restaurant where a light menu and a frequently updated à la carte menu with both traditional and dishes and Mediterranean specialties interpreted by our creative chefs are served. Special lunches and/or dinners can be organized either for groups or for business meetings deciding together with our chef the suitable menu to satisfy any requests. A meeting room and a Gym with sauna for the guests. Museums reservation tickets are available on request at the reception. |

From the "Amerigo Vespucci" airport of Florence, we recommend taking the bus shuttle to the Santa Maria Novella Central Station, or a 15 minute trip with a taxi. From Santa Maria Novella Central Station: To reach the Hotel Leonardo Da Vinci from the S.M Novella Central Station your choice may be a walk of 200 meters or a taxi ride of a few minutes. By Car: We recommend the highway A1 exit Firenze Nord (from north) or Firenze/Certosa (from south); the first signs that are to be followed are those for "Centro" and then for Santa Maria Novella Central Station |
