The building has a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments on 10 levels with most rooms having balconies. High speed Internet facilities available from all rooms. Guests will enjoy short walks to neighbouring parks, cinemas, local theatres, gyms, cafes and great nightlife entertainment. Upon arrival at your selected property a Credit Card pre-authorisation will be required and will be used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): mini bar, telephone calls, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, etc. Cash is not an acceptable form of bond when staying with Oaks Hotels & Resorts and a valid credit card must be presented upon arrival.
