Koala Park Resort has 18 ensuite motel rooms including eight 1 bedroom units which accommodate up to four guests and ten 2 bedroom units which accommodate up to eight. All rooms have a full ensuite bathroom, TV, kettle, toaster and bar fridge. All linen, towels, tea, coffee and room servicing are included in rates. We have a generous sized pool and six tennis courts on site, there is also a large undercover BBQ area with gas cook top and sink which are all free to use of course! We are right next door to Amaze N Things and just across the road from the Koala Conservation Centre. We're the closest motel to the Grand Prix Circuit and popular Smiths Beach. We are a short trip to Penguin Parade and historical Churchill Island, 10km past San Remo Bridge. There is also an independently run restaurant on the property. |

This unit has a full ensuite and has a queen bed and set of single bunks in the front bedroom and 2 sets of single bunks in the second bedroom. Tariff applies to the queen bed. Any additional beds charged at extra guest rate. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $25.00. Extra children $25.00. Check in is at the Motel front reception office. Office hours are 8.00am to 8.00pm. If you are planning on arriving outside of office hours you must call Koala Park Resort prior to arrival to arrange your check in. |

| Getting There |
Approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from Melbourne CBD by car via City Link to Monash Freeway (M1). Take the South Gippsland Highway (M420) exit to Cranbourne and continue through Tooradin and onto the roundabout at Anderson. Turn right at the roundabout to Phillip Island. Cross the bridge at San Remo and continue heading towards Cowes for about 10kms. We are on the left with "Bruce" the 4 metre tall big Koala out the front. |
