Grove Street is a quiet one way street, tucked discreetly away in the west end of Edinburgh. Here you can choose from 1 or 2 bedroom modern day serviced apartments, each one offering the freedom of your own personal pad in the city. The open plan lounge has twin sofas, and a generous dining area. The fully fitted kitchen is ideal for preparing your own meals - or dishing up that tasty takeaway - and comes complete with the all-important dishwasher. The two bedroom apartments have a choice of configurations: double/twin; twin/twin; or double/single. The one bedroom is nice and simple: it has a double. In the lounge, the cable TV and CD system will keep your eyes and ears happy for days. Complimentary parking is available at our Morrison Street location. ***IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING*** Reception is staffed Mon – Fri: 08.30 – 19.00. Sat: 08.30 – 19.30 and Sun: 9.00 – 17.00. There is also a night porter service 19.30 – 05.00 on Friday & Saturday nights. If you plan to arrive outside of these times please call the apartments in advance on the number(s) you’ll receive with your booking confirmation sent to you via email, for your unique Entry Code and for any questions you have about check-in. Continuous construction work shall take place at 115-121 Grove Street until December 2008. From 1st October 2008, breakfast starter packs are available to order prior to arrival costing £5 per person per day. Please contact the apartments to make arrangements. |

| Getting There |
From the Airport take the A8 from Edinburgh Airport through Corstorphine to Haymarket. Stay in the outside lane and follow the signs for the EICC. Carry straight on through the traffic lights at the top of Dewar Place into Gardners Crescent. At the roundabout turn right and then first right into Grove Street. Fountain Court is located some 100 yards down on the right hand side. 100 yards past the main office is the car access, please ask at the office or call in advance for the Drive-in code. Edinburgh Airport City Centre bus service to Edinburgh every 10 minutes between 7a.m. & 9.40p.m. Monday to Friday and 10.10a.m. & 5.30p.m. at weekends - Cost Single £3.00 Open return £5.00 |
| Parking |
Due to construction work next to our Grove Street apartments, parking is now limited and is based on a first come first served basis. Parking cannot be reserved. Parking shall cost £6 per day. A NCP car park is situated nearby in Morrison Street and costs £8 for 8-24hours |

Confused? Let us explain. We’re located in a small, quiet one way street in the West End, tucked away from the main commercial areas of Edinburgh. Hence the peace and quiet. However, you’ll also find bars, restaurants and shops, shops, shops within a ten minute walk of your front door. That’s for all you high living types out there. Of course, there’s a lot more on offer in Scotland’s capital city, including a thousand years of history and exciting modern tourist attractions. And for those visiting on business, some of the world’s leading companies, including those based in the city’s major financial district, The Exchange. The Edinburgh International Conference Centre is five minutes away too. |
