The Penthouses Apartment Complex is a 24 story high-rise situated absolutely on the beachfront. There are no roads to cross so you can walk out of your unit and put your bare feet in the sand. Every three bedroom apartment has views of the beach and some also have river and hinterland views. Each unit is very spacious and is no less than 17m2 and some 22m2, which is bigger than the average home. Each unit is fully self-contained complete with dishwasher, microwave and own laundry. All you need to bring is your clothes and beach towel. The Penthouses Apartments are located between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach each only 10-15 minutes walk. Lifesavers patrol the beaches within a 100 metres of your unit. We have our own general store for your convenience and security underground parking. A heated pool and spa is provided for your enjoyment. We have a full size tennis court, games room and separate male and female saunas. |

Out of hours please pick up white phone to the left of the front doors. A valid credit card is to provided on check-in for security on the apartment. After hours check ins - guests must contact the hotel prior to arrival on phone number on booking. |

| Getting There |
The Penthouses has a bus at the front door. It is half way between Surfers Paradise and broadbeach shopping centres.From Brisbane airport there is a connection bus. |

There is only one car security basement space per apartment. |
| Things To Do |
Because we are absolutely on the beach, there is a short stroll of less than 20 metres to the beach. There is very little need to leave the complex as we have a heated swimming pool spa, saunas, tennis courts and games room. |
