Peppers Calstock is set in lush gardens over looking the town of Deloraine. It is a grand, National Trust Listed mansion in the Georgian style favoured by prosperous gentlemen farmers of the colonial era. While still part of a farm, the house has been beautifully restored in gracious period style. Each uniquely decorated guest room has been created to indulge the senses and enable pure relaxation. Downstairs, an elegant hallway leads into the spacious guest lounge with a marble fireplace and huge gilt mirror. Voted Best Hosted Accommodation at The Australian Travel and Tourism Awards, Peppers Calstock is a perfect retreat for a weekend getaway. Our Chef will prepare a sumptuous 3 course set menu daily utilising the freshest possible local produce. When you combine this with our extensive and acclaimed wine list it makes for a wonderful evening. Bookings for dinner and essential and must be made at least 48hrs in advance. Peppers Calstock is perfectly located to tour the north of Tasmania. 1hr 30min from Cradle Mountain, Stanley and the Tamar Valley wineries. Peppers Calstock is situated in the heart of the antiques and craft country. Anglers would be challenged by rivers and lakes around the corner from Peppers Calstock, while the ladies can tour the local artists studios. Lots of pristine bush walks are only 10 minutes drives from Peppers Calstock. Voila, C'est Magnifique!!! |

By Car - coming from Launceston - take the direction towards Devonport, Burnie and stay on the A1 - exit at Deloraine then look for the directions to Highland Lakes A5 - turn left before the bridge in Deloraine and Peppers Calstock is on the left handside 1km on the way to the Great Lakes. By Car - coming from Devonport - take the directions to Launceston and stay on the A1 - exit at Deloraine then look for the directions to Highland Lakes A5 - turn right after the bridge in Deloraine and Peppers Calstock is on the left hand side approximately 1km up, on the way to the Great Lakes. |
