| Getting There |
Long island is one of the 74 islands that make up the Whitsunday group of Islands. If you are flying in from Hamilton Island Airport you will need to connect with Cruise Whitsundays who will be at Hamilton Island Airport. If you are arriving by train or plane from Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast Airport or Proserpine Railway Station) then you will need to catch a Whitsunday Transit Bus or Taxi and asked to be dropped off at Shute Harbour or Abel Point Marina. From there you will need to check in at the Cruise Whitsundays booking office for your boarding passes. The friendly team at Long Island Resort can make these transfer arrangements for you (excluding Hamilton Island), if coming from Whitsunday Coast Airport and advise you of costs involved. Please call us on the telephone number on your booking confirmation email after your booking is made for more information /to make a booking. If you are self driving then you will need to drive to Shute Harbour and leave your vehicle in the secured carpark or storey lock up and check in at the Cruise Whitsundays booking office.
