The Grand Bed & Breakfast in Rome is located only 500 metres from the magnificent Saint Paul's Basilica, Rome's second largest church after St. Peter's, and within walking distance of the San Paolo underground station, providing guests with quick and easy access to any part of the city. Even if it is wonderfully located near the city centre, the B&B is very easy to reach: quick and easy transportation throughout the city, 10 minutes by bus from the historical centre, with the advantage of relaxation and cheap accommodation. BY CAR The structure is easily reachable from the Grande Raccordo Anulare - ring-road - which is connected to all the main highways: from the Raccordo, exit at Vitinia-Acilia-Ostia and follow the indications towards Civitavecchia-Ostiense-Eur-Roma. Continue along via Ostiense, turn left into via Dei Caduti Senza Croce, right into viale Guglielmo Marconi, and after the bridge Ponte Marconi turn left into via Lungotevere Degli Inventori , then second to the right is via Alessandro Cruto , at the ending where the bed & Breakfast is situated. BY TRAIN From Roma Termini railway station, take the underground line B towards Laurentina and get off at the Marconi stop, then take bus n. 791 or 170 and get off after three stops at Marconi- Fermi , only 250 metres from the property into Via Cardano, 122. BY AIRPLANE The Fiumicino Airport is about 25 km from the city-centre and is well connected by highway and express train service. Take the train to Trastevere, then take bus n. 170 in the Agricoltura direction to reach the B&B. Get off at the Marconi-Fermi stop. |
