Spacious lounge leads onto huge deck where you "breakfast with the dolphins"! Accommodation is one queen room plus twin/king, (2-4 people), all facilities with priv. bathroom and sep. toilet. Only a few steps to the beach and facing North East, the aspect is perfect for sheltered warm sunny days in winter and cooled by breezes on hot summer days. Only a short walk to a wonderful restaurant overlooking the water where you can enjoy cocktails at sunset and the best fish in town. Close to Marina, boat ramp. Rated 8/10 Sunday Herald May 2002. Has been rated as AAA 41/2 star.for last 11 years but have opted out of this system this year. |

From Sydney by car take the F3 freeway, then follow Pacific Highway - Taree signs. After the Hexham bridge follow Nelson Bay signs until you reach a roundabout with signs to Salamander Bay. Follow the signs to Salamander Bay this will take you onto the Soldiers Point road which you follow righ to the end. Turn right into Mitchell Street. We are the second property on the right. Port Stephens Coaches leave Eddy Ave.Central Station in Sydney daily at 2.00 pm and can drop you off almost to our doorstep. There are many direct flights to our airport on a daily basis from capital cities. We do courtesy pick ups. |
