Stamford Plaza Melbourne will not accept reservations made when the intent is to host a “party or function” within the hotel room. Stamford Plaza Melbourne monitors noise levels within the hotel and issues a warning to guests disturbing the peace. Failure to follow this first and final warning will result in these guests forfeiting their pre-paid bond and being ejected from the hotel immediately. No refunds will be issued for accommodation charges in these situations. The maximum number of guests allowed in a room is per the bedding configuration.

TRANSPORT FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL: The hotel is approximately 22 km’s from Melbourne Domestic and International Airport. LIMOUSINE A chauffeured luxury service that will cost from AUD $85.00 one way from Domestic Terminal. TAXI The estimated fare will cost AUD $45.00 one-way. SHUTTLE BUS Skybus operates 7 days a week, including public holidays. It's a 20-minute average trip between airport and city. Skybus departs every 10-15 minutes between 06:00 and 21:30 and half hourly or hourly at other times. The Cost is $16.00 one-way, or $26.00 return (2 trips). To the Hotel: The bus has free hotel connections. From Melbourne Airport, take the Skybus Super Shuttle to the Melbourne city terminal at Southern Cross Station (in Spencer Street). You then transfer onto a Skybus Hotel Shuttle mini-bus, which delivers you to your hotel or motel. No booking is required and the mini-buses are available during operating hours Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 22:00 Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: 07:30 – 18:00 From the Hotel: Ask our concierge to call Skybus, as you need to reserve a pick-up time for the Skybus Hotel Shuttle for your trip to the airport.
