Located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, Quest Fairfax House is an old Victorian style building, transformed to meet the needs of today's corporate or leisure travelers. Quest Fairfax House offers 39 boutique style rooms, fully furnished, self-contained, with personal laundry facilities. There is onsite carparking but is strictly limited and must be booked directly with reception when reservations are first made or there is no guarantee it will be available on arrival. It is $20 per car per night. Rooms are serviced daily, except Sundays and public holidays. Right in the heart of Melbourne, Quest Fairfax House is located at 392 Little Collins Street, between Queen and Elizabeth Streets. Quest Fairfax House is in easy walking distance to the shopping & business precincts and a short tram ride to all of Melbourne's most popular attractions including the Melbourne Aquarium, Crown Entertainment Complex, Federation Square, Queen Victoria Markets, and the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre. Quest Fairfax House operates a strict No Smoking Policy and a No Party Room Policy. PLEASE CONTACT PROPERTY IF ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL IS OUTSIDE RECEPTION HOURS. Our Reception hours are 7am - 11pm 7 days a week. For security reasons we require a Photo ID upon check in and take credit card details and a pre-authorisation per room as a guarantee against the room. Half hour drive from Tullamarine airport, take the highway directly to the city, coming down Elizabeth Street, cross over Bourke Street and turn right onto Little Collins. We are between Elizabeth and Queen streets, and run parallel to Collins and Bourke streets. Skybus from Tullamarine Airport will bring you directly to front door, approximately a one hour trip, which is $16 one way/$26 return. |

On-site, strictly limited car parking at an additional charge of $20 per night (subject to availability). Must be booked and confirmed direct with property at time of booking. If car parking is not confirmed upon booking there is an arrangement at an offsite public parking building for $30 per exit. |
