The Hotel Eden is a 3 stars hotel with 60 rooms, recently renovated, with a panoramic view; in fact for its enchanting position it shows the breathtaking sight of Mount Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples, from the upper floors, of an incomparable beauty. The Hotel, just a few meters away from the main square Piazza Tasso in Sorrento among a beautiful garden, central located but in a quiet position in a town where the time has stopped, and where , among coasts, hills, citrus plantations, olive-groves, pine-trees, the traditions find their source of life. Hotel facilities and services: a La Carte restaurant, snack bar, room service, swimming pool. All our rooms are furnished with Satellite TV, mini bar, air conditioning, Telephone and safe. |

Sorrento is located on the Peninsula of the same name (the northern stretch of the Amalfi Coast), 55 km from Naples by road, or 14 nautical miles across the water. The International Airports of Naples and Rome are 50 km and 250 km away, respectively. By Plane: Land at Capodichino International Airport in Naples, which is connected to the major international and Italian airports. If requested, a car will pick you up at the airport and take you to Sorrento in approximately one hour. There is also a public bus service from the airport to Sorrento. By Train: Arrive at Naples Central Station. Change to the local train, the “Circumvesuviana”, which leaves for Sorrento every 20-30 minutes. The journey to Sorrento (last stop) takes 1 hour and 15 minutes. If requested, a car will pick you up at Naples Central and take you to Sorrento. By car: Take the A3 Napoli-Pompei-Salerno motorway and exit at Castellammare di Stabia, then follow the signs to Sorrento.With a car, resorts like Amalfi, Ravello and Positano are all within easy reach, just a few km along the Amalfitana coast road. Transfer service can be arranged from the reception. By Hydrofoil: Daily service all year round with departures from Naples (Beverello pier) and Capri. |

Sorrento has a strategic position in fact it is situated not far away from many famous attraction area’s such as: The Stunning Amalfi Coast; The Islands of Capri and Ischia, jewels of Naples Bay; Pompeii and Herculaneum, the roman cities that were destroyed by the eruption of the Vesuvius Vulcan in 79 AD; the city of Naples with it’s beautiful monuments and museums. All places can be visited by Daily excursions or can be reached by public services. |
