Things To Do Hai Van Pass is the highest pass in Vietnam, situated about 1,500km above sea level. The name translates as 'pass of the ocean cloud' and it is a truly beautiful place. From the peak of the pass you can see Danang City, Tien Sa Port, Son Tra Peninsula and the sea. Marble Mountains consist of large limestone outcrops riddled with caves used in the past both as Buddhist temples and Vietcong hideouts. It is located 12 kilometres west from the city. ere are four museums in Danang. The first to visit is the Cham Museum which houses old statues and idols dating back to the long-standing culture of the Champa Kingdom. It is the only museum dedicated to Cham culture worldwide.
