The Sun beach resort complex is a magnificent 4* hotel located in the popular resort of Ialyssos (Trianta area), just a few kilometres away from Rhodes town and its’ International airport (10 minutes drive on either side). The complex consists of 2 renovated buildings, one situated right on the sandy and shingle beach of Ialyssos with the second one just 30 meters away, surrounded by 35000 sqm of land with stunning gardens stretching all the way down to the sea. Sun Beach resort offers a fun and relaxing holiday environment with an impressive range of accommodation, fine cuisine & bars and a high standard of warm and personal service representing the ideal choice for couples, individuals and families that seek affordable quality. The resort is suitable for people with walking difficulties and wheelchair users.

The Sun Beach Resort Complex consists of 27 standard questrooms, 40 superior guestrooms, 18 family rooms, 88 studios, 20 superior studios and 112 suite Apartments (3 suitable for the less mobile), all of which renovated and comfortably furnished with a balcony, a private bath/shower combination, safe deposit box, hairdryer, telephone, Internet access (chargeable extra), satellite TV, radios and air-conditioning in operation from 01/06-30/09. Studios and apartments are equipped with kitchenettes featuring cooking rings, microwaves, kettles and toasters.

The hotel also features an extensive program for children (with enhanced safety measures) including dedicated Kids Suits equipped with Sony play station games, a mini club and playground as well as entertainment for both adults and children of all ages.

Couples and individuals can set back by the pools and relax on the numerous sun beds with the company of a refreshing cocktail or fresh juice, or through the various sport facilities including a five-a-side football court, tennis, table tennis and beach volley courts or even practise their surfing skills at the windsurfing academy adjacent to the hotel. Fine dining to the local sea side restaurants, cosy bars and a number of local shops add up on the overall experience ensuring a unique leisure experience.

The blue room, located on the ground floor next to the Green room, is a multi-purpose meeting room with natural lighting fully equipped with a sound system, wireless microphones & Internet, slide projector, over head transparence (OHP) and a large screen. Telephone, fax, a copy machine as well as technical service is available to ensure a smooth operation of your private meeting or any other event hosted. Getting There	By Taxi from the airport: There is a taxi station just oposite Diagoras airport. A taxi ride on a single tariff (prior midnight)costs 17 EURO and takes 10 to 15 minutes drive (9km away). By Bus: Public transportation to Rhodes is available from the airport every 30 minutes from 8 o'clock in the morning up until 23:00. The nearest bus station (near Lancelot Cafe) is a 10 minutes walk from the hotel Driving Instructions from the airport: Diagoras International Airport is only 9 km away from Sun Beach Resort Complex. As soon as you leave the airport parking you must turn left on the main road towards Rhodes. Drive straight down the road for 8km until you reach Ialyssos square/crossroad with its traffic lights. Now turn left towards the beach please make sure you do not pass Ialyssos crossroad towards Ixia and Rhodes town, continue to drive straight down the road for approximately 200 meters. On your left hand side you will see “Cake box” café or “Hotel Heleni”, make a left turn, then left again and right with a parallel direction to the sea. Sun Beach Resort Complex is only 200 meters away on your right hand side.
