Situated at the St. Kilda Junction, Quest St. Kilda Road is a short stroll to the renowned restaurants on Fitzroy St, pastry shops of Acland St, The Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre and Albert Park Lake. The property is built around a central courtyard of 4 floors with lift access. All apartments are NON-SMOKING, contain a full size kitchen, laundry, bathroom and spacious living area facing either a balcony or private courtyard. Public transport is at the doorstep with a short ride into Melbourne's CBD. A CREDIT CARD IMPRINT IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL IN ORDER TO CHECK-IN and a $300 pre-authorisation will be taken or a $500 CASH BOND is required. Please note, parties and large gatherings are strictly not permitted at this property. NO Hens party or bucks party bookings accepted please contact us if you have any questions,in order to not lose booking. Management reserve the right to refuse entry. Any breaches will result in immediate termination of a booking without refund. Please note that during peak times we may require a bond. The amount may vary. Quest St. Kilda Road is located at the St. Kilda Junction. Heading south turn right into Fitzroy St.Go 1 block and turn left into Princess St at the Elephant and Wheelbarrow Hotel.
