Our local knowledge can help you to arrange or advice on walks, flights and other activities We are located in the heart of the village at the edge of the National park. 100 meters walk will find you in the rainforest or 150 meters stroll to shops, restaurants, local activities, guided walks and senic flights. Enjoy the hospitality in the spacious modern studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units, most units have kitchen facilities all are self contained with ensuite bathrooms & showers. We enjoy sharing our knowledge of this unique rainforest and glacier area with our guests. Along with our experienced staff we are happy to assist with information on the local walks. Our Free booking service can arrange bookings for the many activities in our area. From the Franz Josef Village highway 6, turn into Cowan Street and we are straight in front of you. The bus will stop outside our motel for pickup and delivery. |

Franz Josef is famous for its glacier, we enjoy sharing our knowledge of this unique rainforest and glacier area with our guests. Along with our experienced staff we are happy to assist with information on the many local walks and arrange bookings for the many activities such as scenic flights either by helicopter or fixed wing aircraft, heli-hiking, guided walks on the glacier, iceclimbing, kayaking, horseriding, rafting, Lake Maporika boat Tour or a trip to see the white herons. Enjoy bush or beach walks or rainforest strolls. Fishing or hunting trips can be arranged. |
