Guest rooms are elegantly fitted with fine bedding and furnishings. Deluxe, superior and standard rooms are available as are king, queen and twin beds. All the rooms have back-happy bedding. Most rooms have balconies, with the deluxe rooms' balconies overlooking the mountains.

Each room also features a flat-screen TV with extensive, multi-lingual channels, mini-bar, refrigerator, coffee and tea station, free Wi-Fi and high-speed internet access, and an Apple docking station. There is daily maid service and laundry service is available.
The hotel features a rooftop Jacuzzi and lounge area with a lovely mountain view.

All rooms include breakfast for two. Rama Kata Beach's cozy restaurant is the only all-vegetarian restaurant in Kata and Karon.
