Enjoying a commanding harbour side location on the shores of the Derwent River, Wrest Point Hotel Casino completes your perfect Hobart adventure. All first class four and a half star Tower rooms provide an elegant experience in quality and comfort renowned for the best panoramic views in Australia. Wrest Point offers several dining experiences, from fine dining in the elegance of The Point Revolving Restaurant on the 17th floor, contemporary Australian dining in Pier One overlooking the Derwent River, bistro style meals in Anchors and all day snacks with buffet meals in the Coffee Shop. Recreational facilities include indoor health club with a heated pool, spa, sauna and gymnasium, outdoor all weather tennis plus nine hole mini golf course. Each Tower room has one queen bed and one single bed, while our Water Edge rooms are fully refurbished, overlooking the water. Extra beds are available to be placed in some rooms - please speak with the hotel direct regarding availability. They are available at a cost of $35 per day. From 1st January 2005 Wrest Point has become a smoke free accommodation property. |

From Hobart Airport, follow the Tasman Highway over the Tasman Bridge (you will see the Tower on your left down river), which will become Davey Street on the harbour side of the city. Turn left into Sandy Bay Road and travel for approximately 5km until you reach Wrest Point on your left. You can't miss us. |
