From airport drive, turn left on to Sheridan St and continue through the city. Turn left on to Spence St and then right on to the Esplanade. With the Great Barrier Reef and World Heritage Rainforest on our doorstep, there is plenty to see and do. Reef trips depart from the Reef Fleet Terminal daily and offer scuba diving, snorkelling and an array of islands to explore. Don’t forget to visit Kuranda, the village in the rainforest, you can get there on Skyrail Rainforest Cableway. For a more adventurous way to see the rainforest why not try white water rafting, bungy jumping, hot air ballooning or horse-riding.
