Hilton on the Park - Melbourne is located directly opposite the world-famous Melbourne Cricket Ground, the MCG, (home of the Australian Football League Grand Final and the cricket tests), as well as Melbourne Park (home of the Australian Open Tennis) and Rod Laver Arena (world-class venue for concerts and performances touring Melbourne). From Melbourne Airport follow the Tullamarine Freeway and CityLink (an electronic toll road that can be pre or post trip paid) to the Flemington Road exit. Travel along Flemington Road and turn right onto Elizabeth Street and follow it to the end and turn left onto Flinders Street. Follow Flinders Street from the city for approximately 1.5 km, where it becomes Wellington Parade. Alternatively, tram numbers 75 and 48 from Flinders Street stop outside the hotel, and Jolimont Railway Station is directly opposite. Trains can be caught from Flinders Street or Spencer Street stations. Travel in stye - Limousine transfers to and from Melbourne Airport are available at competitive prices, to make your journey comfortable and enjoyable. Limousines can also be booked for day trips and special occasions. Our concierge department would be happy to assist you with bookings. A taxi is approximately $55 from the airport to the city centre. |
