This four and a half star contemporary apartment-style property is the perfect base from which to discover the city, beaches and surrounding wine regions before returning to the comfort and seclusion of your apartment. All rooms boast full kitchen & laundry facilites living area with TV, seperate bedrooms and bathrooms, individual private balcony's and are non-smoking (smoking is permitted on the balcony). Oaks Embassy has a very strict No Party policy. Any behaviour deemed to be disturbing the peace will result in instant eviction from the property. Upon arrival at your selected property a Credit Card pre-authorisation will be required and will be used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): mini bar, telephone calls, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, etc. Cash is not an acceptable form of bond when staying with Oaks Hotels & Resorts and a valid credit card must be presented upon arrival.
