Latitude 37 is an award-winning superior apartment development conveniently located in the Viaduct Harbour, Auckland City. Close to restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, public transport, ferries and motorways. We are a residential apartment complex there is a strict NO-party policy is enforced at all times. All apartments have a washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, hobs, extractor, waste disposal, fridge/freezer, microwave) and include one secure car park per apartment. All apartments have a balcony. Please note rooms are serviced weekly. Therefore, nightly stays do not include servicing. This can be available at an extra cost. Please request at time of booking. All apartments are NON-SMOKING; smoking only permitted outside on the balcony. PLEASE ADVISE YOUR E.T.A WHEN BOOKING. We have limited office hours with the office open until 5pm weekdays and 4pm weekends. We do have an after hours check-in procedure which we can provide you details of. Please contact us for details of this if ETA is after or near to the time of the office closing. We can provide after hours instructions via email, please call us with your email address so we can send these. Apartments have Sky TV Start-Up (basic) package. We can supply porta-cots at no extra charge. However these are subject to availability. Please request at time of booking and we will try to accommodate. |

| Getting There |
From the airport head north on the southern motorway and take the Nelson Street exit. Head to the bottom of the hill towards the water and go straight ahead through the lights (Market Place). Take the first left into Pakenham St East and we are the next block along on the Corner of Pakenham St East & Customs St West. Taxi or car (as a park is included with the apartment) would be the best options from the airport. |

Viaduct Harbour, Shopping, Devonport Ferries, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, Clubs, Casino, Victoria Park Markets are all within easy walking distance of the apartments. Kelly Tarltons Underwater World, Auckland Museum & Domain, Parnell, Newmarket, Ponsonby are all in close proximity by car / bus. |
