This addition to our property (THE SPOTTED CHOOK). A self contained cottage located 1.8 ks from the town of Montville. Very french shabby chic with gorgeous furniture and total privacy.

Wonderful views capture the imagination with the sounds of birds and frogs in the back ground

This cottage has it all spa, fireplace, air-conditioning, king bed (hand made)and seperate bath and shower, Tv/dvd/cd player, full kitchen and fridge. It is also accessible friendly.
Painted in porters french wash with lime washed floors this is a perfect place to celebrate that special occasion.

We can do dinner on site,on selected nights,YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK DIRECTLY WITH US BEFORE ARRIVAL AS WE DO NOT DO THIS EVERY DAY. Breakfast is also offered in the dining room, or a 'cook your own package' in the room.

This cottage is set on 7 acres of farm and rainforest with a 100 acre family property across the creek. Only 1 minute by car to town with all it's shops and restaurants. The rainforest walks are only a short drive away. The winery is 700 mtrs from our door and a lovely pleasant walk.

Getting There	Plane to either sunshine coast airport 35 minutes or brisbane airport 75 minutes. Easy to find ,bruce highway nth brisbane 50 ks then glass house mtns exit. From sunshine coast head south from airport and take the mapleton exit ( E 152.87892 S26.68858 for those with a locator). We are located at 176 Western Ave Montville which runs of the main st. Nearest train is Palmwoods. Taxi from palmwoods is about 12 k drive. Hire cars from airports. Directions from Brisbane take the Sunshine coast exit from either airport or brisbane city. Travel 50 ks then when the speed limit becomes 110per hour you will need to get ready for your exit. Take the glass house mountains exit on the Left and Australia zoo. Travel 30 ks a couple past Australia zoo take the Landsborough exit on left. Over train lines then straight through up the mountain in the Maleny direction. 5 ks from Maleny turn right at the montville sign a couple of ks from the big barrel winery. Then 11 ks along the ridge towards montville .Take Western ave just before all the shops on the left. Then 1.8 ks there we are on the left. Palmwoods up the hill into Montville again take western ave . From noosa and airport take the mapleton,nambour exit then make your way to montville via the tourist route.
Parking	Off street parking down at the cottage for 1 car only. There is also more off street parking at main guest house
Things To Do	Craftshops, Rainforest walks, Swimming in Lake baroon, Coffee shops and restaurants, Cheese and winery trails, Art Galleries, 1/2 hour from coast and 20 minutes Australia zoo.
