The Mannum Motel is located one hour from Adelaide on the banks of the Mighty River Murray. The township of Mannum is an ideal holiday or business destination. This family owned Motel, features 27 ground floor units, including Riverview Rooms, Family Rooms with kitchen facilities and Standard rooms – all with ensuite, r/c air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and Tea & Coffee facilities. Rooms are 3 to 3 1/2 star rated. The motel offers many other guest facilities including Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, BBQ area, Guest Laundry, Room Service Breakfast and off street carparking. Not only do we offer accommodation, but also Randell’s Function Room and The Barn Conference Centre. Both of these facilities are perfect venues for your next conference, function, wedding or party. The motel is situated just a 2 minute stroll from the main street, overlooking the River Murray. Mannum is centrally located from all other regions – ideal as a home base when travelling stunning South Australia! |

Self Contained Unit, Rate is per room for two adults with cooking facilities and two bedrooms. Bedding is 1 Double and up to 2 Singles. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $10.00. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

Business FacilitiesCafe mannum is located within the motel with picture windows that overlook a large garden courtyard with views to the River Murray. The room offers full bar, coffee & cake or wine and cheese 7 days a week. Lunches available Wednesday - Sunday and evening meals Wednesday - Saturday.The Barn Conference Centre was first built in the early 1880's and now offers a private meeting facility which caters easily for 85 guests and includes off street parking and self-catering kitchen. Both venues offer flexible room set-up, a selection of audio visual equipment, air-conditioning, fax, photocopying and internet access. Extensive Food and Beverage packages are available. |
