Come experience the luxury and comfort of renting your own "home away from home" in vacation homes with a private swimming pool. All units are within 3-15 miles to Walt Disney World and all that Central Florida has to offer, including restaurants and shopping galore, and all for less than the cost of a hotel room. Our vacation homes are located in lovely neighborhood settings. You can choose from 3,4 and 5 bedrooms, sleeping 8 to 12 comfortably utilizing sofa bed. Our homes feature a private screened-in pool, one or more spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and washer and dryer and more. All of our homes are professionally managed by Advantage Vacation Homes, LLC. |

5 Bedroom Pool Home
Rates are per home not per person. Five bedrooms with King or Queen in Master Bedroom, bedding in other rooms varies (either double or 2 twins), multiple baths, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas. Home sleeps up to 12 utlizing sofa bed. Rates are for 12 people. The room caters for a maximum of 8 adults, and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 12 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

Guests check-in at the ResortQuest Orlando office at 7799 Styles Blvd. from 8am-10pm. After hours check-in, key & directions are left in lock box. Guests will be given the lock box code prior to arrival. Guest must register at office following day. |

Directions to our office... From Orlando International Airport: Follow airport south exit signs to "Kissimmee via 417" Take airport exit road 3.9 miles to traffic light. Turn right onto 417 West and continue approximately 12 miles, passing 2 toll plazas. Exit the 417 at Celebration Avenue. Turn right onto Celebration Avenue and continue to T-junction with US192 (approximately 1 mile). Turn left onto US192; you will be heading west. Continue for approximately 7 miles, passing Disney's Wide World of Sports and Disney World on your right and Houlihan's Restaurant on your left. Turn left into the Lindfields subdivision; you are now on Lindfields Boulevard. Turn right onto Styles Boulevard and look for the white two story building The Advantage Vacation Home office is located on your right. From Sanford International Airport: Follow the exit signs toward "Orlando, Attractions, I-4 and 417." This is Lake Mary Boulevard. Continue through the 1st and 2nd set of traffic lights. Take the first left after the 2nd set of traffic lights. This will lead to 417 South. Cross over the next road (C.R. 427) and you will merge with 417, heading south. Continue on the 417 for approximately 48 miles, passing through 5 toll plazas. Exit the 417 at Celebration Avenue. Turn right onto Celebration Avenue and continue to T-junction with US192 (approximately 1 mile). Turn left onto US192; you will be heading west. Continue for approximately 7 miles, passing Disney's Wide World of Sports and Disney World on your right and Houlihan's Restaurant on your left. Turn left into the Lindfields subdivision; you are now on Lindfields Boulevard. Turn right onto Styles Boulevard and look for the white two story building The ResortQuest office is located on your right. From Interstate 4: Follow I-4 to US192 interchange. Leave I-4 and head West on US192. Continue on US192, passing Disney's Wide World of Sports and Disney World on your right and Splendid China on your left. Turn left into the Lindfields subdivision; you are now on Lindfields Boulevard. Turn right onto Styles Boulevard and look for the white two story building The ResortQuest office is located on your right. |
