Quest South Yarra Mews contains 12 individual townhouse apartments & 4 Church apartments, located in South Yarra, along Park Lane, a small lane that leads to beautiful Fawkner Park, off Punt Road, between Toorak Road and Commercial Roads. Quest South Yarra is only 7 minutes from the business precincts of St Kilda Road. The property is within walking distance of the famous restaurant and shopping districts of Toorak Rd and Chapel Street. The Prahran Market & two large, 24-hour supermarkets are within a 10 minute walk - there is also a small 24 hour supermarket conveniently located opposite our property! Cafe No 12 is a one minute walk away and serves a fantastic cooked breakfast from 7am, every morning except Sunday. The entertainment venues of the city and its surrounds are just a 10-minute tram journey away along scenic St.Kilda Road. Our townhouse apartments are serviced five times per week, Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays), our on-site Reception is open from 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and in the mornings on weekends. There is also a Resident Manager. Our 4 townhouses are 13 squares in size with full kitchen & laundry, most have two private balconies and private courtyard with an outdoor setting. The Townhouse is also inclusive of complimentary under cover secure car parking. Please note that the church apartments may be used for website bookings if all townhouses are occupied. In the interests of all Guests - extra visitors, parties/gatherings & loud music are not permitted and will result in termination of a stay at any time. Please check Reception opening hours; after hours arrivals need to be arranged. No bookings can be made after 5:00pm for the same day arrival. A credit card imprint is required on arrival to guarantee any incidentals. |

| Getting There |
Quest South Yarra Mews is located in Park Lane which is a small lane that runs parallel to and 100 metres north of Commercial Road. The rolladoor for entry into our undercover security car park faces Punt Rd and is actually the third building north of the Punt/Commercial intersection. Upon arrival, please temporarily park your vehicle infront of our beige rolladoor (there is plenty of room to pull off Punt road in front of the rolladoor) and walk around to the right to the Reception entrance. Tram number 72 is our local tram which stops a one minute walk away from the property in the insection of Punt and Commercial Roads. We can also organise a Chauffeur service from the airports to us, please phone us for further details. |
| Parking |
Complimentary, undercover security car parking is available for each apartment. Our car park entrance rolladoor is 2.05 metres high but we also have an open air car park available next door for larger vehicles. |
| Things To Do |
The city centre is a 10-15 minute tram ride, Chapel Street and Toorak Road provide excellent shops and restaurants and are a short 10 minute walk away. Fawkner Park is a one minute walk away (at the end of Park Lane) The famous Botanical Gardens of Melbourne are within easy reach (approx 15 minutes walk), as is Albert Park (10 mins) and the Grand Prix Racing Track. The St Kilda Rd business precinct is approx 7 minutes walk away and we are directly behind the block that is numbered 400-500 St Kilda Rd. Melbourne Park Tennis Centre and the MCG sporting precinct are an easy 10 minute bus ride away, as is the bargin shopping region of Bridge Rd, Richmond. The beach and trendy cafes and bars of St Kilda are a short tram or bus ride south (approx 15 mins). We are a 4 minute walk away from the Alfred Hospital. |
