Located 3 hours from Sydney, Mudgee B&B was a building that was part of the original Dairy Farm. The rooms are in the original farm home, which was built in the late 1800's.

Guests have access to two rooms. One room features a queen bed and an ensuite, while the second room has a double sofa and lounge area. The room also has a flat screen TV, DVD player and sound system. We have a number of DVDs supplied for your entertainment. The lounge area has a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.

The Mudgee B&B has heating which is either electric or by a potbelly wood heater to keep you snug in winter with unlimited wood provided. Cooling is through a ducted evaporative cooling system.

Breakfast is available if required and is served in an adjoining area. The accommodation is private and you have your own access to the two rooms. There is off street undercover parking available.

The Mudgee township has an approximate population of 9000 people. We also have available a complimentary car service and we are happy to take you to and from restaurants in the town.

Restaurants include Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian and also some great country pub meals. There are also a number of cafes serving coffee and street dining for breakfast.

There are 40 wineries with cellar doors available for you to sample our local wine. There are also a number of olive farms and farmers markets on the weekends. A number of national parks are in the area, which all have great walking areas. The area is rural with wineries, sheep and cattle grazing, olives, honey.

We have been offering accommodation for 3 years now and we also have a farm near Mudgee. We offer trike and convertible tours of the area which is a great way to see the wineries.

Getting There	Car: Mudgee is a 3.5 hour drive from Sydney and is approximately 280km. Our B&B doesnt have signage on the street. The number 2 Barigan St is printed on the pavement in front of the house and on the cream picket fence that is in front of the property. Our B&B is the second building on you left when you enter Barigan St after you come off Lisbon St. Plane: it is a 45 minute flight from Sydney. Mudgee airport is 5km away from us and has a taxi service to us or we can arrange to pick you up at the airport. Train or bus: train to Lithgow from Sydney (2 hours) then a bus to Mudgee (4 hours)

Things To Do	We offer trike tours and convertible tours that range from a spin up the street to full day tours that are customised to your requirements. Also in the area are wineries, national parks, old gold mining towns.
