Recently refurbished 11 units, 10x1 (sleep1-4) and 1x2 bedrooms (sleep 1-5) self contained units all with kitchen facilities (stove top burners (NO OVENS), fridge, microwave, ensuite, lounge/dining areas, phone, fax, free wireless broadband, hair dryer, Sky digital TV, thermal heating, private genuine mineral pool and fresh water spa on site, off street parking, tours and itineraries arranged, pickup/drop off to bus depot and airport available, 3-5 minute walk to town, restaurants, most major attractions within a 5-20 minute radius, 24 hour supermarket directly opposite motel, 3 star plus rating. Our motel is a warm friendly place to stay be it for business, holidaying, or just passing through.

No Pets Allowed.

By Car: From north, south east or west head to Rotorua city centre and it will bring you to the main street (Fenton Street) where we are located directly opposite Countdown Supermarket
