The Observatory Hotel is located in The Rocks historic precinct of Sydney and offers a new and refreshingly different hotel experience. Spacious, elegant, beautifully appointed, the 100 rooms and suites at The Observatory Hotel are designed to meet the needs of the most fastidious guest. The Observatory Hotel is the ultimate in opulence. Its comfort, style and attention to detail are reflected in all the hotel suites and rooms. Renowned for its fine cuisine, ranging from elegant dining in the Galileo Restaurant to a light menu in the club-like Globe Bar. Decorated with Fortuney fabrics and original art, Executive Chef at Galileo Restaurant, Masahiko Yomoda, fuses the best of French cuisine with international influences. What better way to relax than by a visit to the Observatory Day Spa, with a wide choice of body and skin treatments, including facials, body wraps and massage. Pets are allowed at the property, provided they are domesticated and under 20kg. A charge of $50.00 per pet, per night applies and must be paid in advance on arrival. Pets must be on a lead in all public areas of the hotel, lobby, hallways and surrounds. We would recommend cats to be brought in and out of the hotel in a cat carry box. Pets may not enter any restaurant, the health club, swimming pool area or bar.
