The complex includes a spacious guest lounge, sheltered courtyard, internet room and guest laundry. Continental breakfast is offered in dining room. Directions: Forrester Lodge is situated at 353 King Edward Street, St Kilda, Dunedin. The route to Forrester is straight forward when arriving from Dunedin City or the airport. From airport: Follow the signs into Dunedin. At the end of the Southern Motorway turn right into Andersons Bay Road, go under the railway overbridge with the large Speights Sign. Turn right at the third set of lights by the McDonalds sign. Continue to next set of traffic lights and turn left. Pass through the next intersection. Turn into Forrester Lodge driveway, immediately past the large Health Centre sign on building at corner of Melbourne and King Edward Street. From North of Dunedin: Once you come of the Northen Motor way continue onto the one way street system through Dunedin (after several blocks you will pass Dunedin Railway Station on you left) continue on this road (best to stay in left hand lane until you have passed the exit to Southern Motorway and then move into right hand lane (you are now in Andersons Bay Road) and follow the above directions. |

Some of the most popular attractions are: Albatross Colony Penguins Larnachs Castle Olveston House Taieri Gorge Train Steepest Street in the World Cadbury World We also have wonderful walks on the Otago Peninsula and surrounding hills of Dunedin, and of course our great St Clair and St Kilda Beaches are just a short walk from the Lodge. |
