Check-in is from 2pm & Check out is by 10am. Our Reception is open 24 hours. A pre authorisation of a credit card or a cash deposit of $300 is required on check-in for room charge to be available. Transaction fees apply for payments via credit card. |

| Getting There |
If traveling south bound on the Pacific Hwy take Smith Street Exit #66 and follow through approx 8km to the Broadwater. At the 'T' intersection with traffic lights turn right into Marine Pde. Travel south, past Australia Fair at Southport, across the Sundale Bridge heading towards Surfers Paradise. Stay in the left hand lane. After the bridge, turn left at the third set of traffic lights. Continue along Gold Coast Hwy south bound staying in the right hand lane. Turn right at the traffic lights into Cypress Ave, continue along until next set of traffic lights. Turn right again onto Gold Coast Hwy north bound, continue along Hwy 600m and Paradise Resort Gold Coast is located on the left hand side. If traveling north bound on the Gold Coast Highway, as you approach Surfers Paradise the Gold Coast Highway changes name to Ferny Ave. Continue north (suggest left lane) following Ferny Ave through Surfers Paradise. Paradise Resort Gold Coast is located on the left hand side immediately after Norfolk Avenue. |
| Parking |
Undercover Car Parking is available at the resort for $10 per car per night. Alternatively free parking is available in the streets surrounding the resort however there are 2 hour parking limits enforced between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. The height of the car park is 2.10metres. The majority of four wheel drives are under this measurement, however remember to take in to account your roof rack if you have got one fitted to your vehicle. |

Zone 4 Kids Club Session Times and Information: Fully Supervised Morning Session: 10.00am - 2.00pm (book by 5.30pm the evening prior) Fully Supervised Evening Session: 4.00pm - 8.00pm (book by 2.00pm) Open Age Session: Children of all ages may experience the fun and excitement of Z4K from 7.30am to 9.30am and 2.30pm to 3.30pm daily during our open age session. Children must be supervised by an adult during this session. These sessions are free. Session Cost: Many packages include 1 free supervised session per child per day for 0-12 year olds. If sessions are not included in your package, or if booking additional sessions, a $40 per child per session fee will apply. Please check your package details when making your reservation. Only guests of Paradise Resort are able to use the Z4K club. Other rates may apply for children requiring special needs care. Meal Prices: Lunch is provided in the morning session and dinner is provided in the evening at a cost of $8 per meal per child. Most dietary needs such as celiac and other allergies are well catered for by our experienced Chef. Children who are not dining will participate in an activity whilst the other children dine. As a safety measure, no food (except baby milk/formula) can be brought into Zone 4 Kids. Further Information: Children are divided into different age groups over seven themed play spaces. Sometimes this means that siblings will be in different play spaces, however this will ensure that each child is given the care and activities that are appropriate for their age. For 0-4 year olds, please ensure you bring with your child/ren: a hat, spare clothes, a minimum of three disposable nappies, wipes, bottle and formula/milk, if required, and also any comforters. For 5-12 years please bring a named hat. For Emergency contact, parents must leave mobile phones switched on at all times, not on message bank. Parents will be called to collect their children at the first sign of distress. (It is advised that parents do not leave the resort until your child is settled). All children are different and some may require special attention or dietary meals. Here at Z4K we welcome all children. Please advise any special requirements for your child/ren at time of booking. Please note: If one on one care is required, there is an additional charge of $25 per hour (minimum of 2 hours). |
