Built as a Guest House in 1908 Dudley House offers a tradition of warm hospitality and friendly service which has continued over the years but also embraces all the modern conveniences of the 21st century.

Walking into Dudley House gives you that sense of it's good to be home? as the warm, friendly environment pervades the house. It could also be the smell of home cooking for afternoon tea which offers a warm welcome.

Four large bedrooms all with ensuites combine well with antique furniture to make you feel immediately at home.

Dudley House can cater for up to 11 people but is perfect for couples and their friends to enjoy all the house has to offer.

Bedrooms - Our twin room has a double bed and a single bed but we can easily place another single bed in this room to accommodate that extra person. Room two has a queen size bed but if requested we can place another single bed in this room also. Room three has a queen size bed and Room 4 has a king size bed which can be made into a twin room. All the rooms are good sizes.

Breakfast room - Our Breakfast/Day Room is a large, lighted filled room inviting our guests to enjoy a hearty cooked breakfast with that never ending cup of tea or coffee. For groups we seat you around our lovely formal dining table which adjacent to our lovely open fire.

Lounge room - The guest lounge is usually the gathering point late in the day for a chat or drink before heading out to one of the fabulous restaurants, cafes and pubs within walking distance of Dudley House. After your evening out return to the welcoming open fire for a complimentary port.

Your stay at Dudley House is like staying with good friends, warm and inviting. The fire is set every day ready for you to curl up with a good book from our library or with the weekend papers. You can watch a DVD from our library or bring your own. Austar is also available.

Dudley House is ideal for 4 couples to book the entire house and enjoy all the facilities the house has to offer.

Dudley House is perfect for a girls weekend away, as we can accommodate up to 8 adults.

We believe in discreet hosting but will be on hand to assist you in finding all the great restaurants and cafes that Hepburn Springs has to offer.

Getting There	If coming by car Dudley House is 110 kms from Melbourne using the Western Highway to Ballan, turn right to Daylesford and drive for 30 minutes. Continue through Daylesford Main Street to Hepburn Springs for 3 kms. Dudley House is on the right side of the street, just before the Palais on the corner of the main road and 9th Street. If coming by train or bus, Vline runs a service from Spencer Street to Woodend Station, that links with a bus service to Daylesford(Please check with Vline for linking times). Once in Daylesford there is a taxi service that can take you to Dudley House.
